• All items are sold “VOETSTOOTS” (as is), as per description, without guarantees.

Commission

• All bids are exclusive of a 15% buyer’s commission.

Payment

• All purchases must be paid via EFT within 24 hours after the auction.
• Proof of payment must be sent to 071 115 6642.

Collection of Goods

• All goods must be collected within 48 hours of the auction.

Default / Breach of Contract

• Goods not paid and collected within 7 days will be regarded as a breach of contract.
• This means you forfeit the purchase, but will still be liable for:
  • the 15% buyer’s commission, and
  • any other legal fees that may occur.
